Since 1999, Texas Outhouse has called Houston home. Our company started out providing portable toilets for construction sites in the area, and we have grown in amazing ways over the past 25 years.

Our company’s story began in 1999. At the time, it became clear to the Carl family that we needed to launch a portable toilet company to complement Gainsborough Waste, which launched in 1994 by providing roll-off dumpsters to contractors.
Texas Outhouse filled a need in the Houston market because there were not enough reliable providers of portable toilet facilities to support project timelines. We decided that if we were going to launch the new business venture, we would put our customers first by offering access to clean and sanitary portable toilets at the construction site.
Over the past 25 years, we have stayed committed to customer service and helping our customers find solutions to their challenges. We want to ensure that our customers feel like we are in tune with their needs and aren’t just providing a rental.
