In 2018, our company made a conscientious effort to elevate our commitment to safety. While we already had a strong safety culture, we wanted to take the next step by implementing a new safety program led by our new Safety Manager, Jessica Flores.
We know that a safety program is only as good as the employees who own their role supporting safety. We are proud to highlight one employee who has displayed an exceptional commitment to safety, Karejanaul Williams.
Karejanual Williams Recognized for Construction Site Safety
One of the most critical areas of safety for Texas Outhouse is serving portable toilets at construction sites. We train our team members to take every precaution when arriving on-site, providing service while wearing their Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), and leaving the construction site.
Just this month, Karejanual was recognized by one of our construction clients, Butler-Cohen, for his focus on safety at their project site and his customer service approach.
“Mr. Williams wears a smile as regularly as he wears his PPE,” says Butler-Cohen Site Manager J.D. McGlothern. “He always has the right gear on for the hazards he faces while performing his job. I speak for everyone to say it’s a good day for the project site when Mr. Williams makes his rounds. He greets with a friendly hello and often times checks in with Butler-Cohen to make sure the services provided by Texas Outhouse are meeting our expectations.”
Butler-Cohen went so far as to recognize Karejanual with an Empowerment award for “doing a job most would not, with an attitude which we should all want.”
Our company is extremely proud of Karejanual and all of our hard-working team members who are committed to safety and serving the needs of our clients.
We look forward to continuing to work with clients such as Butler-Cohen to help advance their projects to the finish line. To leverage our safety commitment serving the portable toilet needs at your construction site, contact our company today to inquire about services.
